This important position will work on a team to assist customers on the phone and will process incoming and outgoing mail for the agency.

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted HR advisor and initial point of contact for assigned divisions within the organization, partnering closely with managers and employees to deliver practical, responsive, and business-aligned HR support. This role provides guidance and support across multiple HR functions, such as personnel management, classification and compensation, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and AZ360 transactions. The position also contributes to a continuous improvement culture by supporting teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and the use of performance metrics to improve HR service delivery. This role is based on site at the Arizona National Guard Papago Park Military Installation and will conduct in person visits to other installations within the state at least once a month.
