Under the general direction of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Finance Administrator, the Division Finance Manager (DFM) provides financial expertise, management, and oversight on all financial matters for the Arizona State Hospital. The position directs all financial activity for the Division through subordinate Accountants, Medical Billers, Bankers and Finance staff. This position will act as the Finance Administrator during absences and will share the responsibilities for the planning, directing, and execution of the finances for the Hospital.
