Apply today! The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking an administrative-level assistant to fill the Program Project Specialist position. This position performs complex, specialized, administrative work in providing available requested Department records to the general public pursuant to federal, state, and departmental rules and regulations. Review written requests and a wide variety of records, and collect, organize, compile, and maintain hard copies and electronic files. This position is expected to communicate with both internal and external customers regarding the details and needs related to the documents requested, including consulting and conferring with internal personnel and managers. In addition, may be included in the interactive process of improving upon existing and/or implementing new policies and/or procedures related to Public Records Requests as the needs of the Department require.
