The Division of Business and Finance (DBF) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Finance Administrator Senior. Responsible for the overall financial integrity of the largest (by budget; based on total FY 2022 appropriations) Arizona state agency. AHCCCS' budget was approximately $21.0 billion annually, including administrative expenditures exceeding $308 million annually for over 1,150 employees, which is funded through various federal and local political subdivision grants and a variety of funding sources. There is an additional $762+ million dollars for Federal pass-thru to state agencies and other governments. Oversees the proper accounting and fiscal management of Agency funds by grant and fund source, including federal funding. Plans, directs, and coordinates the effective processing of Agency administrative and programmatic expenditures.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

If an Out of State Driver License was held within the last 39 months, a copy of your MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) is required prior to driving for State Business. Employees may be required to use their own transportation as well as maintaining valid motor vehicle insurance and current Arizona vehicle registration; however, mileage will be reimbursed.
