The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Division of Business and Finance (DBF), is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Central Services Bureau (CSB) as an Accounting Specialist II. Working under the direct supervision of the Accounting Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of state financial operations by managing complex fiscal data across multiple automated accounting, procurement, and human resource management systems. In this dynamic position, you will serve as a trusted liaison providing expert guidance to client agencies on accounting principles and procedures while ensuring full compliance with the State of Arizona Accounting Manual (SAAM). Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential to analyzing vendor and customer concerns, resolving complex financial issues, and ensuring accurate document authorization, coding, and pricing. If you possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for precision, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute directly to the financial stability of the State of Arizona.
