This position is the liaison between the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics Regional and National Offices and employers determining accuracy, updates, and follow-ups to surveys. Obtains and reviews surveys to determine in-scope, out of scope, unusable cases and employer summaries. Timely follow up and entry of survey into the system. Makes accurate determination of codes and narratives for the nature of injury, body part, source, secondary source, event or exposure, industry, ownership, occupation, gender, age, etc. supplied in the Claims System and the Federal BLS Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Process, update and finalize case files for Tucson Compliance.
● Prepare hearing memos for cases being processed to hearing, process Notices of Hearings, Cancellations of Hearings, Decisions, Final Orders, Motions to Dismiss and other legal documentation related to case files.
● Update all case files.
● Schedule informal conferences, draft responses, prepare amended citations, and update OIS and Salesforce at the conclusion of the informal conference.
● Print and prepare citations to be issued to employers for violations of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) standards.
● Files documents in case files in accordance with the appropriate system to include OSHA Information System (OIS) as necessary.
● Screens and routes all incoming Division calls to appropriate section, coordinate, analyze and establish priorities.
● Answer and resolve, with the realm of knowledge or experience, telephone calls pertaining to complex inquiries with ADOSH.
● Assist ADOSH Director/ Deputy Directors, as necessary, to process Industrial Commission files to be presented at the Commission.
● Interface and coordinate with Administrative Services Officer (admin supervisor) and other divisions within the Agency to ensure an expedited workflow (i.e. Locating correspondence, files, public records requests, generating reports, abatement tracking, etc.)
● If bi-lingual (Spanish), assist ADOSH staff with in-office Spanish translation.
