This position is available for remote work within Arizona (including in-office hoteling), as well as a flexible schedule.

Posting Details:

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Grade: 17

Job Summary:

This position will manage a variety of administrative tasks to include inspection scheduling (in plant and installation), licensing, consumer complaints and legal actions, and permits.

Job Duties:

Job duties will include preparing documents for record keeping; organizing, copying and distributing materials for the Division; administrative tasks for creating and maintaining digital files; manage purchase orders for office supplies, scheduling internal and external meetings and preparation/communication for those meetings; provide administrative support for training and workshops and any required registrations; and other administrative duties or special projects as requested by the division leadership.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Candidate must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and a minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience and related organizational skills in a professional office environment.

Retirement:

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program. New ASRS members will have a 27-week waiting period for membership. The ASRS defined benefit plan provides for life-long income upon retirement.
