We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative Assistant III to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support across various functions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.
• Primary backup for front desk and facility events
• Perform a variety of complex administrative tasks for various departments including mailings, correspondence, meeting minutes, operations planning, and reports
• Develop procedures, prepare fiscal and operational reports, and coordinate schedules related to admin matters between departments
Knowledge:
• The principles and practices of administration and office management, accounting, and budgeting procedures
Skills:
• Oral and written communication
• Google and Microsoft products
Abilities:
• Plan, analyze, coordinate activities, and establish priorities; develop effective operating procedures
• Research, learn, and implement state rules and regulations
• State of Arizona policies and processes
• State of Arizona Driver's License
• This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job to conduct State business, then the following requirements apply: Driver’s License Requirements.
