Job Summary:

The Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) has an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated student Intern! In order to be eligible for this position, you must be enrolled in school. 

This paid intern position will assist with various clerical support duties, such as data input, gathering information for reports, copy service, scanning documents, and organizing files.

Job Duties:

Intern duties include:

  • Assisting with the scanning documents
  • Inputting, entering data and quality control 
  • Filing and sorting documents for inventory storage
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to follow the naming convention process
  • Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
  • Customer service 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects by setting priorities with excellent follow-through
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written format.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated
Selective Preference(s):
