Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Rental Development Programs Administrator, this position will provide administrative support for the Rental Development Program.

Job Duties:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing a variety of administrative tasks associated with contract management, maintenance, and closeouts; prepare purchase orders, including researching and recommending purchases; organizing and distributing a variety of materials, both internally and externally; prepare materials for record keeping and auditing purposes; oversee file maintenance for division files and public records, including rotating, inventory, preparation of records for destruction or retention; fulfilling public records requests; prepare mailings for the division and mail distribution; schedule meetings and coordinate other related logistics, i.e., scheduling and coordinating webinars and teleconferences; provide administrative support for training sessions and workshops hosted by the division, including the compilation and/or acquiring all associated materials, communicate with and arrange for speakers and trainers, and provide on-site logistical and registration support; and other duties as assigned.

Candidate must meet the requirements to become an Arizona Notary.

This position is available for remote work within Arizona (including in office hoteling).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

The highest qualified candidate will at least three years responsible administrative experience and have a strong knowledge of standard administrative office practices and procedures; business correspondence formatting; proper grammar usage, spelling and punctuation; proficient in Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Candidate must be receptive and adaptable to changes and use professional interpersonal skills when communicating with stakeholders, co-workers and supervisors. Some desirable characteristics are a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to provide excellent work product.
