This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining software applications at the Arizona Department of State. This position will be responsible for the day to day up keep of multiple applications including issue resolution and defects. This role will analyze, debug and resolves defects in applications. This role supports production systems and resolves production issues in a timely manager and resolves end user service requests as assigned. This role will engage with business users and other internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and contributes to the completion of documentation like technical documentation and functional specifications. This role will be responsible for new development to meet functional and technical design following SDLC best practices. This role will be responsible for improving existing code and contributing to the architectural design discussions.

Knowledge:
Considerable working knowledge of multiple programming languages including .NET, multiple database management systems, and multiple development platforms.

State DL credential/ vehicle insurance.
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent experience)
