The IT Division provides network, hardware, help desk, project management, and application development services to in support of the mission of the Corporation Commission. We are responsible for applications used internally and by the public to access information and services.
You will develop changes and fix applications to meet functional and technical design specs. The emphasis will be on analysis, troubleshooting, design, coding, and testing of those solutions. You will need to understand data structures and develop data queries as needed for displaying data in interfaces or reports.
Ability to quickly learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs, and platforms
Application development skills with Angular 2+/4, typescript, MS Visual Studio >2013, .NET Core, Web API, ASP.Net, C#, WPF, WCF, data contracts and data serialization, LINQ, TFS/TFS Build, and MS SQL database access methods.
Ability to design and/or code apps based on defined user requirements.
Comfort level working independently and/or collectively, under general supervision, and adapting to change.
Thorough working knowledge of multiple programming languages, database management systems, development platforms, system integration and enterprise architecture.
