Job Summary:

The Arizona Department of Administration is actively recruiting ASH Customer Support for the General Services Division (GSD).
This position is subject to the vaccination requirements outlined in CMS Interim Final Rule - Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination (published November 5, 2021) (86 FR 61555).”

Job Duties:
  • Managing requests; auditing of work order requests; contacting vendors for work; documenting vendor work; managing technician schedules. 
  • Cycle counting and physical inventory; processing of orders; stocking inventory; status updates for orders; managing stocked inventory; keeping a well organized and safe warehouse environment. 
  • Purchasing, receiving, creating and managing purchase orders; cost allocation; managing orders.
  • Reporting out on corrective work orders, Preventative maintenance and financial activities. 
  • Driving change and outcomes; documenting and ensuring process adherence. 
  • Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge of:

  • State procurement policies and procedures 
  • Inventory control practices
  • Ordering procedures, receiving, storing and disbursing materials, supplies and equipment 
  • Warehouse safety practices

Skill in:

  • Effective oral and written communication 
  • Developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with customers and vendors 
  • Multitasking and working with deadlines

Ability to:

  • Effectively communicate with management and staff at all times 
  • Work independently in a team environment 
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities 
  • Be a self starter that is goal oriented

Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • An individual working at the State Hospital must be able to obtain a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1758.07. 
  • This position is subject to the vaccination requirements outlined in CMS Interim Final Rule - Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination (published November 5, 2021) (86 FR 61555).” 
  • Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver license record checks, required to maintain acceptable driving records and complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12).
