Tax (TPT) revenue and promoting voluntary e-commerce compliance by transforming the current workflow into a standardized, data-driven operation. The position serves as the Process and Systems Optimization Lead and manages a Compliance Intelligence Unit of Auditors and Management Analysts. The primary objective is to leverage extensive technical knowledge of TPT and AATC systems to identify, analyze, and implement improvements that enhance compliance, streamline internal processes, and reduce assessment discrepancies. Core functions include designing, documenting, and implementing robust Standard Work Procedures for calculating tax due, drafting Notices of Proposed Assessment (desk billings), and conducting system deep dives into AATC for data accuracy and revenue reconciliation. The Supervisor provides technical mentorship to staff, oversees the team’s risk-based case selection strategy, and reports strategic data findings and operational recommendations directly to the Division Administrator. This role functions as a Subject Matter Expert and Process Improvement Champion.
