The Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST) is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the AZPOST Budget Analyst. The Analyst performs advanced journey-level budget preparation, fiscal analysis and administrative services. Performs related duties and other tasks as assigned. This position is designated as uncovered.
This position may provide flexibility to work remotely a few days a week, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
Requires one (1) year of experience as an Administrative Services Officer with budgetary experience with the State of Arizona OR a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance or a related field and three (3) years of professional and analytical budgetary experience.
Prior Arizona state employment budget experience is highly desirable.
