The Department of Administration is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Benefit Services Division (BSD) to provide development and analysis of HRIS as it is related to BSD. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the HRIS business processes and how to assist team members in resolving issues with the HRIS systems. The candidate will have excellent knowledge of Infor software, along with full lifecycle software development, which includes requirements definition, analysis, design, coding, HRIS system testing, documentation, and implementation. Employee will be skilled in use of Infor reporting and be able to generate Ad Hoc reports from HRIS using SQL. Utilizing the HRIS Add in tool, incumber will export and import HRIS data to help establish automations.
