The Government Transformation Office (GTO) is an internal consulting team established by Executive Order 2012-07 in support of the Governor's vision to promote a lean, efficient government for the citizens of Arizona. GTO works in close partnership with state agencies to design and implement strategies to improve service, cost and quality across the enterprise.
This primarily-remote position is a member of the Data and Analytics team in the Arizona Government Transformation Office. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the design and implementation of executive-level data collection, analysis, and visualization projects spanning various government agencies using various tools including Tableau and database server infrastructure. Working with numerous stakeholders, this position will help develop concise, actionable reporting that empowers data-driven decision making. In addition, this role will also help analyze and provide recommendations on internal business procedures that can be used to help further define and mature our growing analytics program.
