What You’ll Do
As a C# Applications Developer, you’ll:
• Design, develop, and enhance C# applications that support agency operations and service delivery.
• Partner with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Develop and support application features, SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations that improve performance, reliability, and security.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while supporting continuous improvements to existing systems.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and team collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Competencies and Skills
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Develop and support applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and related development tools.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Build, maintain, or support databases, APIs, and application integrations.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences while working collaboratively across teams.
• Solve problems, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate, high-quality work.

What We Need From You
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to participate in on-call support rotations as assigned.
• Successfully pass a fingerprint background check.
• Successfully complete the E-Verify employment eligibility process.

What Sets You Apart
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing solutions in Microsoft Azure or another cloud environment.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or iterative software delivery methods.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, source control, and automated deployment tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology systems or healthcare data environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting application integrations.
• Professional certifications related to cloud technologies, Agile practices, or software development.
