The Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Case Manager Unit Supervisor – Behavioral Health Unit. This position serves persons with developmental disabilities (DD) and Mental Illness (MI) by supporting them and their families to lead the healthiest, most-sufficient and productive lives within their capabilities.
This position supervises staff that serves individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and mental Illness (MI) by supporting them and their families to lead the healthiest, most self-sufficient, productive lives within their capabilities. This position supervises a unit of support coordinators within the Human Services Series. Responsible for all related personnel tasks including hiring, counseling, disciplinary actions, and completing performance reviews; ensures staff meet all of the legal requirements of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) long-term care, targeted case load requirements and the Division policies and procedures.

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program after a 27-week waiting period.
