This position is responsible for providing advanced administrative support to complex standing and ad hoc committees staffed by the Court Programs Unit. This position will be responsible for webpage support functions and coordinating all aspects of public meetings.  This position is also responsible for all logistics for special conferences and/or training sessions.  Additionally, this position also will assist in the first stage of processing of Arizona Lengthy Trial Fund reimbursement claims and serve as the central point of contact for committee and subcommittee personnel and acts as a liaison between members of public and committee chairs and assignment senior staff.

Other duties include, maintaining data collection and running queries from SQL database for Unit standing and ad hoc committees including workgroups of such committees, unit records storage and retention projects, build and maintains e-mail distribution lists, designs, and implements correspondence and tracking systems, manages virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings, and serves as back-up for Specialist I and Division Assistant III.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed six (6) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with four years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in an office environment or in a related function. Necessary skills include experience with expression Web and all MS Office productivity software, and online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with judges, court staff, and the public. This individual will also exercise good judgment and initiative, as well as the ability to organize, conduct, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  Some positions may take four to six weeks to fill.  Only applicants whose backgrounds most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to interview and/or participate in the testing process.  Requests for a special accommodation to participate in the interview process should be made at the time you are contacted to schedule an in-person testing or interview.  The Selection Process may include computer testing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, proofreading, typing, etc.) and first and/or second round panel interviews.  This is a Regular, Full-time, non-exempt level position.  This position is open for internal and external recruitment.
