TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT - 26 WEEK ASSIGNMENT -ENDS APRIL 15, 2022
SCHEDULE WILL WORK PART-TIME (NOT TO EXCEED 1500 HOURS ANNUALLY)
Both ranges (Rifle and Pistol and Clay Target Center) are currently seeking to fill two temporary Customer Service Representative II positions to assist customers during operating hours. The assignments are to start by early October and will be a 26 week assignment.
These positions will be responsible for providing customer service support at a 1,650 acre public Shooting Range facility to all internal and external customers received by telephone, in person, or through applications and correspondence.
The candidate will have experience in: customer service techniques; data entry; cash register operation; office procedures and practices; organization; and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and have experience in accounting practices, and working knowledge of G Suite; excellent skills in Typing/10-Key, and money handling abilities. The candidate must have knowledge of basic office equipment and filing skills.
A Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card will be required. A baseline blood lead level and a baseline hearing test, both which will be conducted on an annual basis, will be conducted prior to employment.
Position requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12).
