Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience

What You'll Do:

  • Draft correspondence, process divisional reports for styling, create chart and graphs, and complete edits.
  • Work closely with the audit teams to help keep their work moving forward.
  • Support the division with organization of team events.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the division and Office.
What You'll Need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Two to three years’ previous administrative assistant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with Office professionals.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to properly prioritize workload and successfully manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Publisher); and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems as they arise, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.
