POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an organized, motivated individual to assist the courts in Arizona in a number of innovative projects related to the continuing evolution towards increasing electronic processes. The primary emphasis of this position assumes a lead role in training end users, maintaining training documentation and testing for all eCourt applications.  The position will be responsible for working with courts, judges, members of the public (including attorneys) and vendors. The role will vary based on the stage of each project.   

Essential functions of the position include providing second level application support for business process functionality for electronic filing, electronic access to records, electronic bench work, and digital evidence for court staff, judges, law firms and general public. Create training and reference documentation; perform software testing of software business process compatibility and functionality; enter and maintain testing results in the specified testing software; and track requirements for maintenance releases and work with a team on project scope, schedule, test and release of software.

Additionally, this position will identify configuration changes; conduct analysis of business processes; and draft administrative orders, agreements and memorandums of understanding.

This position may offer the ability to work remotely, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration or related field and at least five years’ experience in technical support or related experience. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.  In addition, the successful candidate will possess a team- oriented mindset, have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills. This position also requires the ability to understand and interpret legislation, rules, administrative orders, policies and procedures to ensure development is in compliance with these authorities. The ability to multitask and prioritize activities and time to achieve deadlines and provide consistent and effective communication with customers and peers.

The preferred candidate will have knowledge of court Case Management Systems and court procedures, demonstrated experience in automation system implementation within a legal environment, and knowledge of law firm business processes.

Travel: up to 25% in the state of Arizona.
