POSITION SUMMARY:
This position leads and participates in complex, statewide projects that involve planning, researching, analysis of court business processes, data, and technology in support of effective and secure integration with eCourt initiatives. This position also develops policies, procedures, business and technical documentation, training materials, and strategies to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of eCourt initiatives.
Additionally, this position will facilitate meetings between courts, judicial officers, IT personnel, vendors, and other agencies to examine current case processing practices and identify opportunities for business process and technical improvements. Analyze court management and business operations, serve as lead resource with application vendors or internal project owners, conduct special studies and data analysis involving data collection, interpretation, data mapping, report preparation, and development of recommendations to ensure eCourt initiatives are implemented effectively, as well as staff and participate in court committees, task forces and work groups, as needed.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This successful candidate will have graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in public or judicial administration, or related field, plus seven years’ experience in court administration and operations with experience managing complex projects. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. Have demonstrated experience in analysis of court operations or court management which included evaluation, documentation and making recommendations for improvement. Experience in organizing and prioritizing workload and managing multiple projects simultaneously, excellent oral and written communication skills, and expert knowledge of management and planning principles, methods, and techniques. This position also requires the ability to work effectively with judges, court staff and the public, use initiative and independent judgment, understand and interpret legislation/statutes, rules, administrative orders and policies and procedures.
The preferred candidate will be a graduate of the NCSC’s Executive Development Program (CEDP) or Certified Court Manger Program (CCM). Operational knowledge of superior, justice and municipal court procedures and operations, and experience in use of computer/technology applied in a court environment.
Travel level: Up to 25%. Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
