Office of Business Intelligence
This position will be responsible for providing oversight and coordination for the planning, development, and maintenance of the Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) program. This position will work closely with the HL7 analysts, IT, and laboratories to ensure timely and complete on-boarding of laboratories. This position will keep up-to-date on the new laboratory testing guidelines and ELR guidelines and ensure communication with all partners.
This position will work to create metrics to monitor on-boarding activities as well as the status of current ELR feeds. This position will create and update documentation for laboratories to assist with on-boarding and will actively work to coordinate with laboratory staff including their IT and leadership. This position will assist with ELR on-boarding activities as needed.
Participates in planning process including development, testing and delivery of ELR solutions; Designs custom reports to monitor onboarding and statuses of current ELR feeds; Designs and delivers end-user training and associated materials; Assists with ELR onboarding activities.

Must posses degree
Any combination of training and experience that meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs); Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field and two years of professional experience working with health data and/or in the gov. sector in data analysis role. 1 yr of work exp. may be substituted for each yr of relevant higher education.
Must possess a valid level one fingerprint clearance card issues pursuant to A.R.S. §36-113.
