The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division is seeking an innovative and results-driven ERP Solutions Analyst to serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution. In this critical role, the selected candidate will optimize, support, and enhance the State’s core CGI Advantage 4.0 Human Resource Management (HRM) and Financial systems. Operating at the intersection of business operations and technology, the analyst will translate complex agency needs into functional requirements, lead impactful process improvements, and maintain overall system stability through proactive troubleshooting and configuration management.
Beyond traditional ERP maintenance, the position plays an active role in driving agency modernization by automating workflows using platforms like n8n and harnessing AI-enabled tools, including Google Gemini and NotebookLM, to elevate overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, demonstrated proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that enterprise technology directly supports and advances the State's operational objectives.
