Job Summary:

The Facilities Project Coordinator will perform several functions necessary to support the agency's mission. This position resides within the General Services unit of the Director's Office of Business & Financial Services. The Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting with multiple aspects of the General Services Unit including administration of the fleet, mailroom, front desk, and general services areas. The coordinator will report to and assists the General Services manager with long-range project planning and with a variety of responsibilities that include documentation administration obligations. 

Job Duties:

Major Responsibilities include:
• Shipping/receiving and mailroom
• Organizing and maintaining records, electronic files, and databases
• Creating graphs, interpreting data and measuring the team's performance
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Organizing office equipment and inventory
• Work with hand and power tools

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel
• The ability to drive a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
• The ability to work independently, organize, plan, problem-solving
• Must have a strong work ethic

Selective Preference(s):

• Five or more years’ experience in these fields: facilities support, mail room, administrative work, shipping, receiving, building maintenance or fleet management
• A high level of computer skills; experience with Google Drive, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing tasks to ensure timelines are met
