The Crew Supervisor (CS) will provide oversight and management for up to six Squad Leaders and 60 inmate Squad Members performing forestry, hazardous fuels reduction, and other related work. The CS will ensure effective communication among DFFM; Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) staff; and external partners. The CS will implement the Incident Command System (ICS) and coordinate activities with law enforcement, ADCRR, and DFFM staff.
Experience managing work crews.
A valid Arizona Driver's License. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12).
