Hourly Pay Rate: $13.00 - $15.00

This position will remain open until filled

Job Summary:

This position will be working in the front office. The duties will include answering a 4 line phone, handle all incoming customer requests internal and external; Process mail on a dally basis. Help manage office supplies, and keep the front office stocked. The position will also includes cash handling and running a cash register.

Job Duties:

•Clerical duties such as data entry, filing, making copies, as well as order and maintain office supplies

•Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to proper personnel

•Handle cash transactions and run cash register

•Distribute incoming mail

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):


•Office/clerical duties, basic office operations, usage and operation of office equipment including cash register and cash handling, computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office


•Typing, data entry, computers, office equipment, and basic mathematics


•Ability to interact and communicate effectively and in writing with persons of various ages, mental capacities, personalities and cultures

•Ability to effectively operate business machines of many types

•Ability to perform mathematical computations and appropriately complete various reports

•Ability to type and data Impute accurately

•Ability to organize and prioritize with minimal direction

•Ability to follow directions and function as a member of a team

Selective Preference(s):

The ideal candidate will have:

•Extensive face to face customer service experience, and a great telephone presence

•Be proficient in typing and data entry and detail oriented

•Experience and knowledge with cash handling

Pre-Employment Requirements:

•Arizona Drivers License
