POSITION SUMMARY:

This position provides day-to-day professional guidance and information to the court community in support of statewide education programs, including the delivery and technical support of eLearning. The role assists with procurement and contracting activities, catering coordination, inventory management, and administration of eLearning applications. The position will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with committees, court personnel, subject-matter experts, faculty, consultants, and external vendors. The position works independently on key components of education programs and requires broad knowledge of program delivery, event coordination, and the operational needs of judicial education.

Additionally, this position will prepare statistical data for reports, generate correspondence, marketing materials, and communications for education programs, develop and manage program timelines, checklists, and workflows for assigned projects, and attend committee and workgroup meetings to advise on logistics and provide program status updates.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proven their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The successful have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field, and three years of professional experience in a related field or equivalent. Experience with procurement, contracting, and accounts receivable, excellent time management and organizational skills, and strong detail orientation. This position also requires the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects as well as tasks that rely on outside volunteers, contractors and internal staff to complete. Knowledge of principles and methods of educational program planning or conference/event planning and knowledge of technologies which assist adult learning.

The preferred candidate will have knowledge of the court and/or legal system, preferably in Arizona, and the ability to effectively use eLearning products.

Travel level: up to 5% in state travel.
