Within ADOA, General Services Division (GSD) is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Physical Plant Operation Administrator and is responsible for the ADOA maintenance operation
Five years previous building operations engineering experience.
Certification for refrigerant recovery (EPA Universal Certification) required.
Candidates for this position will be required to submit to background history investigation.
Requires possession of and the ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driving training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12).
