Therapeutic Program Manager (Tucson): The Program Manager oversees daily counseling and treatment operations at ASPC-Tucson’s Manzanita Unit, ensuring effective therapeutic community programming and adherence to treatment standards. The role coordinates meetings, orientations, trainings, cohort activities, documentation, bed assignments, reporting, staff supervision, client support, and graduation planning while collaborating with custody staff and community partners. The position also promotes quality assurance and advances departmental reentry and continuity-of-care goals.
Substance Abuse Program Manager (Tucson): The Program Manager oversees all daily operations of substance abuse treatment services. The core responsibilities included supervising treatment staff, managing schedules and caseloads, ensuring policy and audit compliance, maintaining required documentation, coordinating with custody partners, leading staff and community meetings, and managing program enrollments to ensure the consistent and timely delivery of rehabilitative services
Sex Offender Program Manager (Florence): The Program Manager position involves overseeing the Department’s emerging Sex Offense (SO) Services initiative. Key responsibilities include implementing the statewide Digital Sex Offense Education and Accountability Initiative through the Edovo platform, managing curriculum development, overseeing peer-led programming, and coordinating with community partners to ensure consistent and quality rehabilitative programming.
