*REMOTE WORK OPTIONS* This position is eligible to work from home 3-5 days per week**
Reviews and analyzes documents submitted by licensed schools for compliance with Arizona Administrative Code and Statutes. Interfaces with school officials to assure compliance.
- Responsible for annual school catalog and enrollment agreement Review – Compliance with ARS/AZ Administrative Code (Initial, Renewal, Change of Ownership). Must track changes year to year
- Conducts annual marketing reviews – Website, social media, print materials. Compliance with FTC rules (Initial, Renewal, COO)
- Federal Law Review
- Track and review implications for schools/PPSE
- Tracks US Department of Education Actions related to Arizona licensed schools
- Tracks and monitors Accreditor Actions
- Assist with projects (Rules and Sunset Review)
- Conducts research and compiles data on current schools. Creates reports for legislative districts
- Applicable program regulations, objectives, standards and procedures
- Oral and written communication
- Develop procedures
- Analyze problems and effectively communicate plans for institutional compliance
Bachelor Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred.
