Project Management Office Manager

The State of Arizona seeks a Project Management Office Manager in Phoenix, AZ to be responsible for the daily administration and mentorship for project managers ensuring adherence to project management standards. The Project Management Office Manager will be accountable for the life cycle of all assigned IT projects within ADE and participation in continuous improvement of the Project Management Office through the implementation of policies, standards, and procedures. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 3 years of project management experience. Demonstrated ability with managing multiple medium to large-sized projects; Leading the planning or implementation of projects; Overseeing project cost estimations, resource and budget management; Implementing risk management strategies; Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste; Setting goals and objectives and leading team(s) in design solutions. Hybrid in-office and work-from-home position, contingent upon business needs. Candidates must apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
