The Financial Services Division of the Arizona State Retirement System is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed professional with strong analytical skills to fill one full-time Health Insurance processing position in the Membership Accounting unit. This position is eligible for teleworking.
• Processing of Health Insurance Premium Benefit enrollment and change forms through automated work-flow process upon submission by ASRS employers for retirees.
• Review submission by Employers to ensure that request meets ASRS Premium Benefit Program eligibility requirements, for all Retired and Long Term Disability (LTD) participants.
• Assisting ASRS staff and designated employers regarding the HIPB programs, process and reporting requirements.
• Research and preparation of HIPB Reimbursement forms through automated work-flow process submitted by ASRS Employers on behalf of retirees.
• Serving as the subject matter expert for all HIPB questions posed by other departments or employers of the ASRS.
• Reconciling ADOA and PSPRS retirement accounts as it relates to ASRS HIPB Program.
• Proactively resolve work problems and facilitate team work environment
• Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work related information to the supervisor
• Report any daily issues to the supervisor

• Provide friendly and polished customer service with ASRS employers and vendors
