The Arizona Department of Veterans' Services is seeking a Recruitment and Classification/Compensation Specialist. As a Recruitment and Classification/Compensation Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to develop accurate job descriptions and announcements while upholding fair and non-discriminatory pay practices. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our recruitment outreach, attending job fairs, and implementing strategic hiring practices to attract top talent.

This position is available for remote work on a full-time basis within Arizona (including virtual office arrangements).

This position requires the ability to drive on State business. Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on State business are subject to driver's license record checks , must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see A.AC. R2-10-207.11).
