Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Administrator, this role plays a key part in keeping the recruitment engine running smoothly. In this role you will support the recruitment team by managing data, analyzing recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance, and coordinating critical
administrative processes such as: transforming HR data into meaningful insights to auditing hiring practices, managing system access, heavy data entry, invoice reconciliation.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment and staffing; forecast workforce needs, identify talent gaps, and support strategic workforce planning by preparing and presenting actionable reports to senior HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Review, verify, and process pre-employment invoices (DFW, Psychological, Medical) in the AP system, including vendor reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Conduct research and routine audits throughout the hiring process to minimize errors, ensure process integrity, and support compliance with labor laws and regulations; assist with managing the recruitment lifecycle and complete unemployment claims for the agency.
- Serve as the RUSH system administrator, including managing password resets, new user access, system training, and system updates.
- Prepare proposals, support special projects, assist with process improvements and operational enhancements.
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment.
Knowledge of:
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Variety of software programs such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office
suite to include Word and Excel
