JOB SUMMARY:
The Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for multiple vacancies in the position of Retirement Specialist Sr. Under the supervision of the Active Members Manager, this position is responsible to communicate with and educate members and employers on a wide variety of business specific topics ranging from general inquiries to significantly complex subject matter. Communication of this information occurs over a variety of media and settings. The Retirement Specialist Sr. is also in part or fully responsible for the calculation of benefit estimates (service purchases, transfers and refunds), research and resolution of member and employer issues, actions related to the appeals process, and basic to intermediate analysis of business statistics.
