ROADSIDE MOTORIST ASSISTANT - PHOENIX 

 

Salary: $30,700.80 - $44,840.64 Annually

Job Summary:

This recruitment will be used to establish an eighteen-month eligibility list to fill current and future vacancies in the Phoenix area.  Apply promptly; application period may close without notice.

Operates a specially equipped vehicle on highways and provides roadside assistance with routine maintenance and service on vehicles and information to motorists.  Performs related duties as assigned.  This is a competitive classification.

Must successfully complete the examination process.

Minimum Qualification(s):

Requires one (1) year of automotive service, repair and maintenance experience.  Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver license.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, fumes or dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, or bodily fluids.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Applicants must complete an examination process.  A polygraph and background investigation are required for successful applicants.  All newly hired employees will be subject to the E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification Program.
