The Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) is currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator, will perform updates and maintenance on the department’s Salesforce platform. This platform provides a platform for customers to interact with the department and is widely used by the department to conduct its core business processes.
This position will perform updates and maintenance on the Salesforce.com platform. This position will be responsible for user provisioning, data updates, business processes, and the overall user experience. This position will also work with leadership and users and contractors to gather requirements and develop new solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
• Skill with related software such as meeting software, Microsoft office, Google workspace
• Strong customer service communication and relationship skills. (active listener, clear, honest, strong verbal and written communicator, and good note-taking skills)

Prior or after interviewing, candidates may be subject to a pre-employment skills assessment. Requires possession of, and ability to retain, a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records (refer to Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12.)

Positions in this classification participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).
ASRS is a mandatory condition of employment for all employees who meet the eligibility and membership criteria as defined in statute.
Enrollment eligibility will become effective after 27 weeks of employment
The current contribution rate is 12.17%
