Job Summary:

Manages the ADOT Identity Access Management (IAM) Team. This position is responsible for the workflow, configuration and implementation of centralized record of accesses and permissions. Maintaining a complete documentation of approved applications, forms, and creating/implementing standard work from various units within the Division. Maintain and update possible base CAR packages for each division, maintaining a periodic update schedule for the CAR packages to remain updated within applications and divisions. Provide training on all aspects for the centralized record of access, develop reports, and quality control. Work closely with the Information Technology department to resolve audit standards. Assist with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures.

This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties:

Supervises the staff by defining and establishing schedules, setting priorities, providing support/direction and dealing with administrative issues as needed.

Trains staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques

Ensures systems within ADOT are operational

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge of:
• Service offerings, customer service principles and processes, back-office server applications, desktop applications, web-based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, common third-party software applications, internally developed custom applications, application integrations, networking protocols, and any other computer-related technologies
• Q-Suite applications, MVN administration, DAP administration, driver license, title/registration, and MVD Document imaging
• CSP department operations and measures.

Skill in:
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Troubleshooting skills with MVD equipment organizations and systems

Selective Preference(s):

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of related experience in related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Pre-Employment Requirements:

This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, and the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
