This position may be eligible for remote work 1-2 days a week based on the needs of the agency.

Salary: $80,000 - $88,000

Job Summary:

The Registrar of Contractors (ROC) Sr Project Manager will report to the Agency Director and will be responsible for completing large-scale projects that span multiple agency departments and implementing process improvements throughout the agency.

Job Duties:
  • Plan, implement, manage, and complete large-scale complex projects that span across multiple departments/systems at the ROC.
  • Draft project scopes, timelines, and expected results.
  • Collaborate with ROC Division Chiefs to complete projects.
  • Represent the agency with external vendors while implementing solutions.
  • Critically review current processes/procedures and search out opportunities for improvement.
  • Formally present improvement projects / ideas to the ROC Director and agency leadership.
  • Other tasks / projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
  • Knowledge and experience with project management from project inception to completion.
  • Experience working with organization leadership to implement solutions.
  • Proficient with technology, project management tools, and other professional software systems.
Selective Preference(s):

Preference may be given to candidates with the following:

  • Six Sigma and/or Lean Certification
  • Process Improvement training and/or certification
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce
Pre-Employment Requirements:

Candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal history investigation.
