The Arizona Supreme Court Information Technology Division is seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst who has a great attitude to join the IT Software Quality Assurance Team. The primary function of this position is creating and maintaining automated test scripts to replace existing manual test scripts. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will also contribute to the creation and maintenance of AOC-wide testing policies and procedures, which includes making recommendations on testing improvements and implementing standard testing processes across statewide supported projects. In addition, this position ensures all designated testers between the different projects are properly trained on the testing process, scripting and testing tools needed to perform testing.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. This position requires the ability to convert technical and/or business requirements into use case scenarios and functional test cases. In addition, this person should be able to handle multiple tasks for extended periods and work on multiple projects simultaneously, independently and with minimal supervision, as well as the ability to exercise independent judgment in decision making and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. The selected candidate for this position must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with accuracy and clarity across all lines of business.
The preferred candidate will have strong technical, analytical and communication skills. Must have working knowledge in manual and automated testing tools, preferably Coded UI in C# or other Object-Oriented Languages with Visual Studio from Team Foundation Server (Azure DevOps) or Selenium/Appium or UFT(QTP) and some knowledge in writing SQL queries to support the automated testing effort. In addition, the preferred candidate must be detailed oriented, have a ‘test to break’ attitude, high productivity, and exhibit optimal time management and organization skills.
