Works as the supervisor of the TSMO Signal ITS Warehouse team and reports to the TSMO Business Manager. Has the authority to order necessary supplies and materials; determines minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder points; accepts and rejects delivery of supplies, materials, and/or equipment; plans, organizes, assigns, and evaluates the work of subordinate staff. Ensures that the Warehouse is adequately stocked with appropriate items; directs staff to ensure that requested items are picked, packed, staged, and delivered to customers accurately and in a timely manner; works with vendors to obtain quotes and directs staff to obtain quotes from vendors; manages the TSMO Warehouse special order request email address and ensures that orders are filled and customers are communicated with in a timely manner. Responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of items necessary for the Division's operating needs based on communication with subject-matter experts, specifically the Signal, Lighting and Technical Electrical managers and supervisors; schedules incoming and outgoing deliveries of supplies, materials, and equipment; projects inventory needs based on communicated organization operations and vendor lead times; trains and supervises subordinate staff. The Warehouse supervisor is responsible for supervising a crew of four storekeepers and one Maintenance Analyst 2.

Experience with Pecos software tool, experience with Excel. Experience with the Arizona Management System. Experience with warehousing operations.
Maintain a current, valid AZ drivers license appropriate to the assignment.
Must have or be able to obtain certification to operate an ADOT Powered Industrial Truck per OSHA Revised Rule 29 CFR 1910.178 ..
