Under the general supervision of the District Engineer supporting the Constructions Unit This position is responsible for communicating via phone or direct contact with internal and external customers. Responds to information requests from internal and external customers, purchasing supplies through the APP system, Bi-Weekly Time Sheet (BTS) input, weekly time reports, use of Pen V system for daily diaries and pay quantities; monitor project budgets generating monthly estimates via Fast systems. Maintaining engineering records and project files, preparing pay estimates for contractors and Resident Engineer, finalizing letter of agreements, change orders, checking certified payroll, preparing and completing project closeouts.
Perform a variety of office duties from, operating multi-line phone two-way radio, filing, provide administrative support for the internal and external
customers, purchasing supplies through the APP's System.
Complete weekly time reports, use Pen Ill system to complete dally diaries and pay quantities; use Fast system to monitor project budgets and generate
monthly estimates. Review construction plans, specifications and documentation to ensure compliance With federal, state and local requirements.
Maintaining projects files, preparing pay estimates for contractors and Resident Engineer, completing minor alterations, force accounts, checking
certified payroll, letter of agreements, preparing and completing project closeouts.

Experience with ADOT ProcureAZ, High School Diploma or GED. Experience in administrative or advance engineering construction record maintenance; construction plan and specification review.
